Pika! Hello! I'm pika-Ricky! Trin's pikachu in Lets Go Pikachu! So my trainer, @ShinyMB, asked me if I can pika-tell you how to pika-style hair in Lets Go.

HOW TO STYLE HAIR

First, make sure your pikachu or eevee doesn't pika-have a hat on. Then, go in the Play With section. Put your pika-middle finger on pikachu or eevee's forehead. Then move your fingers around a lot. You will usually get a pika-suprise of a pika-hairstyle!
